Rules

1. You may NOT Promote on sites not listed in the Approved List.
If it is found you are promoting on sites not listed your Promotion Page privileges will be suspended. Please check the Approved List before purchasing or promoting elsewhere. It is your responsibility to check for approved sites.

2. You may NOT promote your page without targeting to tier 1 and 2, if your tier 3 and 4 traffic exceeds 30% of your total traffic your Promotion Page privileges will be suspended.

3. Proxy traffic i.e. anonymous proxies, self clicking, repeated clicks, will be counted as invalid traffic. The Promotion Page will automatically suspend if you exceed 30% of this traffic on 100 hits. The first time it will automatically be un-suspended, the second time you will receive an email notification to rectify the problem and once resolved it will be un-suspended The third time Promotion Page Privileges will be revoked permanently.

4. Manual Traffic exchanges are approved on a case by case basis. Manual Traffic Exchanges must have targeting available and you must target your ads to tier 1 and 2 traffic ONLY. This includes Traffic Exchanges on Paid to Read Sites or other types of sites with a Traffic Exchange. Absolutely NO autosurf sites of any kind are allowed.

5. You may not promote your Promotion Page link in Rotators.
You may not randomize or redirect the traffic in any way.

6. You May Not Promote your Promotion Page link in I-frames

7. You may Not promote your Promotion Page Link in popup's, popins, popunders, layer ads, or slide in ads.

8. You may Not promote your Promotion Page Link in Other Paid to Promote Pages.

9. You may Not promote your Promotion Page link in pages containing adult content, graphics, porn, gambling, drug, hyip, ponzi, pyramid, schemes, racist, abusive, illegal or objectionable sites.

10. Advertised Sites must not contain or link to software piracy, or be used for software trading (warez) or any other type of illegal activity.

11. You may Not spam (i.e. unsolicited emails) or post in newsgroups.

12. Advertised Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original content.

13. Advertised Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate.

14. You May Not promote in banner rotators (This does not include Paid to Read PTC)

15. You May Not Promote on search engines.

16. Absolutely NO promoting at sites which allow multiple emails, ptc or links to be opened at one time. If your Promotion Page is found being promoted at one of these sites your Promotion Page privileges will be suspended permanently.

17. Sites sending excessive proxy traffic, tier 3 or 4 traffic will be removed from the Approved list.
