Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.
I signed up but have not received a confirmation email, why?
The most likely reason is your email filtered it it to your spam folder. Check your spam folder.

Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and some other large carriers have taken to blocking many sites. We suggest you use Gmail or the site inbox for reading your email.

If you do not get a reply and you are still not getting a confirmation email, please send an alternative email address when Contacting Us, and/or post in the forum and we can work out setting up an account for you.
I clicked the confirmation email, but I cannot log into my account, why?
All accounts must be approved before you can login to your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for approval. You will be sent a second email confirming you have been approved.

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your username and password, then click cancel.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows pecomail.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from pecomail.com without terminating your account in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name, member ID. and payment method. You may request payment method change via email. *Please see terms
I tried to change my email address but it isn't changing, Why?
To change your email, Go to your "User Account Info" change your email address. The email will not change in your user info until you confirm the change via email. Check your new email address, and confirm the email change via the link in the email.

This measure is put into place as a security measure. Please do not request via email we change your email.
I live outside the US, can I join?
If you are from one of the following countries you are welcome to join:

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.
How do I earn cash and advertising on Pecomail?
Earning Opportunities
You may earn in a variety of ways. Reading, visiting and considering offers via email, paid to click, forum games and posts. as well as referring new advertisers to us. We also have contests, trivia and games which you can earn cash and prizes for participating. No purchase required to win monthly giveaways.

Promo Page: You may earn advertising points by promoting on approved sites. Members may exchange their credits for points for advertising or convert to cash. Conversion is based on site earnings. Please see all rules before promoting and for more information.

Referral Earnings
Earn 10% commission referring new members or new advertisers to the site. We pay .05¢ for every new referral you send that is active for 30 days. You can find your referral link in your user area.
What are points and what can I do with them?
To keep our advertising prices affordable we offer cash and point advertising to the members. We offer prizes for contest and games. Points are adjusted monthly according to site income. Points then can be traded for advertising, cash or gift cards.
How am I paid?
As soon as you reach payout, you will automatically be paid after we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us.

We offer Payout via the following methods:

Paypal All accounts paid bi-monthly masspay, that have a minimum of .50¢ in earnings (verified Paypal only)
Alertpay When your account balance reaches $1.05 you will automatically be paid
Gift Cards - We offer Amazon and Petsmart $5.00 Giftcards. Paid via email when you have earned $5.00
Money Order $5.00.

Payments are made on or around the1st and the 15th of every month. No need to request payout. Random payments are made on a weekly basis.

Pay out is auto-pay bi-monthly when the minimum has been reached.

Gift Cards are available to participating countries only. Money Orders are Limited to US/CA Only. There is a .50¢ processing fee on Money Order Payment.
Why was my account set to Advertising Only when I joined?
If you choose Paypal or Paypal Premiere/Business and you do not have a verified Paypal account your account will be set to Advertising Only until you contact support with either one of the other payment methods or you have a verified Paypal email address.
Is there any activity requirements to be paid?
Pecomail has no activity requirements After 30 days your account goes on "inactive" status and after 90 days you account will be placed on inbox only. After 6 months if you have not been active your account will be purged.
The email I clicked on is expired, Why?
All emails have 7 days to expired that are sent out once. Emails with daily resends have a 24 hour expiration date. So if you did not click on the emails from the day before it may be expired when you receive it.
Why am I am getting an "Already visited" message?
Advertiser's request emails on occasion to be sent more then once. Advertising is sent in 24 hour intervals. If you click on the second ad before the 24 hour period is up, you will receive this message.
Am I allowed to view multiple emails or paid to clicks at the same time?
No, You are allowed to view one advertisement at a time. This gives the advertiser your undivided attention.
Why was my account suspended?
Please see terms of service for violations. Contact support for further information.
I lost my password, How do I retrieve it?
Member's Login Page click the link "Forgot your password/ID", and enter your email. Your password and user ID will be emailed to you. Keep your login and password someplace safe.
I have a web site I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?
